Womic Stainless Steel is fully equipped to perform heat treatment on U-bent tubes, including the bend area and a minimum of 150 mm of straight leg length on each side, ensuring uniform metallurgical properties after bending.
Computer-controlled heat treatment furnaces with real-time data recording and traceability
Argon protective atmosphere applied inside stainless steel and special alloy tubes to prevent oxidation and contamination

Internal bores are thoroughly cleaned using dried, oil-free compressed air, ensuring cleanliness suitable for heat exchanger service
