Heat Treatment Condition:
All duplex 2205 fittings are solution annealed at 1040–1120°C followed by rapid water quenching. This treatment restores the balanced ferrite-austenite microstructure (35–65% ferrite), relieves internal stresses, and ensures optimum corrosion resistance.
