Womic Stainless Steel Co., Ltd
Corrosion Resistance: Excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion in fresh water, mild chemical media, and atmospheric conditions.
Weldability and Formability: The low carbon content of 304L prevents intergranular corrosion after welding; fittings are available in butt-weld (BW), socket-weld (SW), and threaded (NPT) connections.
Full Range of Types: Elbows (45°/90°/180°), tees (equal/reducing), reducers (concentric/eccentric), caps, stub ends, crosses, and nipples.
Mechanical Strength: Good tensile and yield strength combined with excellent ductility, suitable for moderate-pressure pipelines and structural applications.
International Certifications: Fittings can be certified by ABS, BV, DNV, LR, GL, RINA, CCS, KR, and NK, and comply with NORSOK standards for offshore projects.

1. What is the
difference between 304 and 304L fittings?
304L has lower carbon (≤0.03%), preventing carbide precipitation during
welding. For welded applications, 304L is preferred.
2. Can you provide
fittings with special bevels?
Yes. Full customization – special bevel angles, short/long patterns, custom
wall thicknesses.
3. Do you provide
material test reports (MTR)?
Yes. EN 10204 3.1 MTR included. Third-party inspection available.
4. What is the
typical lead time?
Stock sizes: 1–3 days. Custom sizes: 2–4 weeks.
5. Are these fittings
suitable for marine applications?
For mild seawater exposure, 304 can be used; for severe marine environments, we
recommend 316L.
Complete Product Range: Butt-weld, socket-weld, threaded – one-stop purchasing.
