Womic Hot Rolled(HR) Stainless Steel Coils:
Womic Stainless Steel produces high-quality Hot Rolled (HR) Stainless Steel Coils using advanced rolling technology under strictly controlled temperatures between 900°C and 1200°C, above the recrystallization point of stainless steels. This ensures uniform grain structure, excellent mechanical strength, and superior workability.
During hot rolling, stainless steel slabs or blooms are passed through multiple rolling stands with controlled roll gaps and pressures to achieve the desired thickness and width. The high finishing temperature allows up to 98% thickness reduction without unwanted strain hardening. The rolled sheets are then coiled and cooled to form Hot Rolled Coils.
Womic Cold Rolled (CR) Stainless Steel Coils
Womic Stainless Steel manufactures premium-quality Cold Rolled (CR) Stainless Steel Coils, designed for applications that demand smooth surface finish, precise thickness control, and superior mechanical properties.
Cold rolling is performed at room temperature, allowing tight dimensional tolerances and a refined surface appearance. Depending on the degree of deformation and strain hardening, coils can be produced in skin-rolled, quarter-hard, half-hard, or full-hard conditions.
