Size (Nominal Pipe Size, NPS / DN): from½″(DN15) up to 24″(or larger on request) as standard stainless steel spool assemblies.
Wall Thickness / Schedule: Standard schedules such as SCH 10S, SCH 20, SCH 40S, SCH 80S, SCH 160 and heavier wall (XXS) options, depending on project specification.
Length / Configuration: Spool lengths are typically up to 12 m per piece (or modular multiple sections) fabricated off-site.
Material grades of Stainless Steel Spools:
Austenitic stainless steels: 304 / 304L / 316 / 316L / 321 / 347
Duplex stainless steels: 2205 (UNS S31803/S32205), 2507 (UNS S32750)
Special alloys if required (higher corrosion or high temperature service)
Fabrication & end-connections: Spools may include weld neck flanges, slip-on flanges, socket weld, butt weld ends, threaded ends, or custom end-preparations.
Testing & Certification: Supplied with Mill Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2), 100% visual inspection, PMI chemical verification, hydrostatic or pneumatic testing, ultrasonic/eddy current as required.
